Do you like to write or talk?

If the answer is yes, then why not start your own blog or vlog? You can use a free blog service such as the one I am using and intergrade it with Google Adsense which you can put ads on your blog & get paid per click. All you need to do is pick something you are interested in and just start writing or talking to a camera, then post it. Regular posts will get you more noticed and more interest in your blog. The more interest and followers you get, the more potential money you can make as there are more people seeing your blog/vlog which means there are more potential clicks on the ads that will be on it thanks to you signing up with Adsense. If blogging/vlogging is not your thing, but you still like to write, there are sites where you can write stories or articles and you get paid for them too. these sites, you can freelance at your will. Whether it be a site like freelancer.com or another site, its just a matter of looking.

Offer your services for a price

Do you have spare time in your day? If so, you could advertise your services for a price. You could advertise on Facebook or other websites that have been developed for this type of work. Whether your services are to do housework or picking up someone's groceries or anything in between, it doesn't matter, someone else is always willing to pay someone to do what they either can't or don't want to do. You can also go through these site to find what you want to do & offer your services this way. There are sites where you can simply do online work for people anywhere in the world for a price too but you do need to be careful when doing the online work that the person offering to pay has been verified so you know you will get paid and not ripped off for your time.

Earn Money Playing Games

Do you like playing games on your tablet or smartphone? If so, why not download an app that pays you to play? There are heaps out there like Appflame, Appstation, Coinpop, Fitplay, just to name a few. You ope the app, then through the app, you open up the game you want to play. The app then counts how long you've played the game for & awards you credits accordingly. You can then cash in the credits for PayPal payments or various gift vouchers depending on the app. It can take a while to reach certain payouts but it's well worth it. I haven't tested all of these apps but CAN tell you that Appflame DOES pay as I have cashed in for a $5 PayPal payment & it showed up in my PayPal account within 7 days of cashing out.

Recycle for extra $$

I know it's been a few tears since I last posted anything on here but with working from home & also outside the home, I haven't had much spare time. back onto my topic for today, recycling is already in our nature & in most states of Australia, you can get paid $0.10 per bottle/can you recycle at certain places too. Queensland where I live has only just started with this about 6 months ago. You register online at www.conainersforchange.com.au (I think that's the website), they give you a number and you can start earning. You need to make sure the can or bottle you are recycling as the $0.10 on the back of it. the containers that you can recycle for the money are usually the ones you buy from the corner store, servos, takeaway shops, etc. You collect these containers in preferably reusable bags/sacks, put your special number in the bag/sack & seal it. You either take it to a place where you can get the money straight away or if you don't have time like me, leave them at a specified drop off point and you will receive your money in the bank account you nominated when you signed up. The first deposit can take up to 4 weeks but every one after that is usually no longer than a week. They will also email you a remittance advice when they have processed your payment. This is also a great way for kids to earn a little pocket money & see less litter on our streets as kids have been known to go around the streets picking up all the containers that are worth money. I have been doing this since it first started here in QLD & have earned approx $150.

Are you a smoker?

If you answered yes, I should be lecturing you to give up as it's better for your personal health and the health of your wallet. I'm not going to do that because I'm a smoker too and I know just how hard it is to give up.
Instead, I'm going to suggest that instead of buying ready made cigarettes which are expensive, buy roll your own tobacco. It is much cheaper to buy tobacco, papers and filters for the week than it is to buy ready made cigarettes. If you don't know how to roll cigarettes properly, there are plenty of different kind of rolling machines you can buy from your local tobacconist starting from as low as a few dollars which will help you to roll them. You can also buy plastic cigarette containers for a low cost too so you can pre-roll your cigarettes and not have to worry about rolling them on the go.
You will be surprised at just how much money you can save in the long term by doing this if you're not ready to give up smoking for good. You could put that extra money in the bank account I suggested you open in a previous post just to see how much money you save.

School uniforms costing too much?

If this is the case, have a look at your schools uniform shop, a lot of the time, they will have second hand uniforms in great condition for a fraction of he cost of the brand new uniform.
Also check with your local buy sell swap pages and groups on Facebook, people will often list their child's old uniforms for heap too. I have also seen them hanging in charity shops so that could be an option in your area as well.
If you are good with a sewing machine, you could very well make your child's school dress or shirt and save money that way too.

Use your car less often

When possible and for shorter trips, swap your car for walking or riding a bicycle.
This will not only improve your health and fitness because you are exercising but you will start feeling better within yourself too.
By doing this, you will save on fuel and wear and tear by not using your car. It's also better for the environment as you're not creating any emissions by walking or riding.
